*Character Chat* Author Mary Smith + Giveaway

I hope you all LOVE this post as much as I did!!  Mary made such a fun Character
chat!! I also adore these covers!!

Welcome Mary to Indie Girl March!!

Sara Smith, a hard working lawyer, thought she found her true love. Unfortunately, that was a huge mistake. Now she goes home at night and avoids people. Until one day her best friend forces her to go to a hockey game.
Lucas Sharp, the Captain of the Chicago Eagles, has focused on one thing, winning the Cup. It was not until a meet and greet after the game that he saw Sara.

After finally going on a few dates Lucas knows that she is hiding something, but Sara won't talk about it.

Will Lucas be able to melt away the ice on her heart and still win the Cup? Or will Sara keep her true-self frozen away from finding happiness.

Rachel Silver is independent and likes it that way. It hardly bothers her that she hasn’t even had a relationship in over a year. Her goals are firmly set on her career. That was until her love of hockey crosses paths with Max Crawford.

Even though Max Crawford has had a wild side, there was something about Rachel when he saw her for the first time. Maybe it was her smart mouth, or her sexy lips? Nonetheless, he wanted her.

Finally, Max is able to start a relationship with her, but will her stubborn attitude be the downfall of their relationship? Or could Max break the ice that holds her firm?

So I am SUPER excited about this Character Guest Post!  I hope you all enjoy it
as much as I did!!

Lucas sits down next to Sara; then Rachel next to Max

Lucas: Okay, what are we doing here?
Max: No clue, Rachel just told me to be here.
Sara: Shh! Be nice, we’re going to tell everyone about what’s been happening since the book finished?
Rachel: *groans* just do what we say.
Lucas: Oh, so who starts?
Sara: *eye roll* I’ll start. *clears throat* Hi, everyone! Thank you for letting us take a few minutes from your day.
Rachel: *giggles* what are you doing, running for office?
Sara: No, I’m want to thank them. Anyway, since the ending of Melting Away the Ice, Lucas and I have moved in together and we are doing well. Rachel and I have sold our law practice, and I love my new job working for the domestic violence shelter. It’s been very fulfilling. Okay, Rachel your turn.
Rachel: What? Should I tell them about Max and mine sex life?
Max: *busts into laughter*
Lucas: No one wants to hear that. How about I go?
Sara: Please do, before she goes into details.
Lucas: Well, Sara told you we moved in together, and I won the Stanley Cup. *pauses* That’s it.
Max: That’s it? You are a man of few words.

Lucas: Fine, what have you been up too?
Max: I have been with My Rachel, a lot! *wags eyebrows*
Sara: Okay, enough everyone! *sigh* Let’s just say that we’ve all had a rough year, but we’ve all survived it, and we learned a lot. Deal?
Lucas: Deal.
Max: Deal.
Sara: Rachel?
Rachel: Well I have learned a lot of new sexual positions, so deal.
Sara: oh good grief.
Lucas and Max laugh.
